Turnaround and Information
Most of our items are handmade to order. Our turnaround varies and often changes. Please bare in mind our turnaround time when placing your order.
Our current turnaround time is:
Made to order: 3-4 weeks
Ready to post: 3-5 working days
Pre-orders: each pre-order varies and all the information is contained within the listing for each pre-order.
Please order ready made, made to order and pre-orders seperatly. If any combination of the above are ordered together the whole order will be held until the final items are ready. Orders WILL NOT be sent individually so please take this into consideration when placing your ordering.
The above timescales are PLUS delivery time.
Estimated delivery times:
UK 1st Class: 1-3 working days
UK 2nd Class: 3-5 working days
International: 5-28 working days
Occasionally an alternative postal service will be used such as MyHermes, DPD or UKMail.
We run lots of fantastic pre-orders. You will find them in the Pre-Order section and in other relevant sections such as Christmas. Each pre-order varies and in the description of each fabric it will tell you the estimated date for arrival. As soon as the fabric arrives, orders will start to be processed. Please allow 2 weeks from us receiving the fabric to you order being complete and dispatched, then additional time for delivery. Occasionally there are delays with fabric arriving with my suppliers. We always try to communicate the delay as soon as we are aware. The main place for communication is Instagram via Stories. If there is a significant delay then each order will be contacted via email. Rarely there is a problem where the fabric may be cancelled, or a problem has occurred and the host has decided to to cancel. This will be communicated ASAP via email.
Please order pre-orders separate to other items. If you order pre-orders with either made to order or in-stock items your items will be held until pre-orders are ready which could be a considerable time (depending on when the pre-order fabric is due).
Returns & Refunds
We happily accept returns within 14 days. Please make sure all returned items are in unused condition with any tags still attached and in original packaging. Use the Contact Us page to request a return.
Personalised and Custom Items are exempt from the 14 days return policy and can only be returned if faulty. Custom items examples include but are not limited to: requesting a specific colour cuff, requesting short or longer arms of legs, requesting a different style clothing to what is available on the website, adding a name.
Return postage costs are at the buyer expense and we recommend sending Signed For or Special Delivery to ensure we receive the order back. We are not liable for return items lost in the post.
Lots of love and attention goes into each order, but in the unlikely event of your product developing a fault please contact us and we will do our best to resolve your issue.
