Please see the Turnaround page for our current turnaround time then add on the following approximate delivery timescales.

UK - 3-5 WORKING days.

The Rest of the World - 7 - 21 WORKING days.

If an item appears to be "lost in the post" Royal mail have certain timescales before it can officially be deemed "LOST". It varies depending on the method of sending. Once these times have passed a replacement will be made and sent. Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES will a refund be issued for orders lost in the post.

Returns Policy

    We happily accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. Please make sure all returned items are package well and are in unused, unworn, unwashed, damage free condition with any tags still attached and in original packaging. Use the Contact Us page to request a return. Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES will returns be accepted for worn, washed or damaged items.

    Underwear, Personalised and Custom Items are exempt from the 14 days return policy and can only be returned if faulty. Custom items examples include but are not limited to: requesting a specific colour cuff, requesting short or longer arms of legs, requesting a different style clothing.

    Return postage costs are at the buyer expense and we recommend sending Signed For or Special Delivery to ensure we receive the order back. We are not liable for items lost in the post. Original postage will not be refunded. 

    Once the item is returned the condition will be assessed and a refund issued within 7 working days. Original postage will not be refunded.  If an item has been returned showing signs of being worn or washed then it will be returned to you and no refund will be issued.

    Lots of love and attention goes into each order, but in the unlikely event of your product developing a fault please contact us and we will do our best to resolve your issue.
